Morag Muego DAgraduated in drawing and painting at Glasgow School of Art and then worked as an art teacher, until 2004, when she returned to painting full time. At its best, art teaching is about unlocking others' potential and she was fortunate in having tutors who encouraged creativity. She studied under David Donaldson, John Cunningham, Geoff Squire and Leon Morocco. exhibitions include the Royal Glasgow Institute, Paisley Art Institute, group shows and joint shows with husband Dougie. Her work is in private collections in the UK and Italy. she is a member of Visual Arts Scotland and also The Society of Scottish Artists, where her work is featured.

Dougie Muego DAstudied painting at Glasgow School of Art under Davie Donaldson, Leon Morocco, Jimmy Robertson and Sandy Goudie. He became an art teacher then Principal Teacher of Art in Dumfries and Galloway Schools. In 2004 the focus returned to painting and he also became involved in the development of MMV Art studios which stimulated an interest in printmaking. He shows work at his studio and in group and solo shows. Recent selective shows include- 2009 RGI (Glasgow) 2010 SSA (Edinburgh)
